A new twist on a 93 year tradition

The Holiday Sunken Garden Flower show features all red poinsettias, plus purple salvia, lavender and scented geraniums.

Running Saturday, December 1 through Sunday, January 6, 2018, the Sunken Garden Holiday Show in the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory will be stunning all month long.  The Holiday Flower Show tradition began in 1925 and is still the most iconic show of the Sunken Garden. Poinsettia have always been the focus of  the show and each year are displayed in a variety of colors. New this year, Rose and Valentine varieties of poinsettia all in the shade of red are a refreshing update. These varieties are know for their dark red rose-shaped bracts and curled foliage. Subtle touches of purple come from the purple salvia, lavender and scented geraniums. This is a show you won’t want to miss!
