Celebrate 50 years of the Saint Paul Winter Carnival Orchid Show! Stroll through the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory and bask in the awe-inspiring splendor of stunning orchid displays brought to you by Como’s horticulture team and the Orchid Society of Minnesota.
Como Friends’ Winter Carnival Orchid Show event will start with entry in The Ordway Gardens Bonsai Pavilion. You’ll follow a one-way path as you view the beautiful displays of orchids arrayed throughout the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory. Your visit will end in the Visitor Center where orchid plants and supplies will be available for purchase after 9:00 a.m. Remember to stop in Garden Safari Gifts too, then visit Como Zoo when it opens at 10:00 a.m.
Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. for Orchid Show visits. Select your entry time between 8:30 and 9:45 a.m. Guests arriving later will have as much time to view the orchids as those arriving earlier—though the event officially ends at 10:00, you can take your time admiring the orchid displays.
